Third, the ability to efficiently and quickly price, process, and close transactions is critical. Lastly, high touch state-of-the-art loan servicing ensure lenders and borrowers satisfaction for the term of their investment or loan, respectively.
Tavernier operates based on “capital source representation”, preferably on an exclusive basis. One of Tavernier’s key strengths is that it currently represents numerous active correspondent lenders, which are comprised of premier insurance companies, large institutional investors, conduits and three Agency Lending sources. Tavernier’s goal is to provide each of our clients numerous debt and/or equity alternatives for their real estate capital needs.
