Tavernier has utilized the REALSynergy servicing software system for 2 years for its loan accounting and servicing. REALSynergy is a fully integrated software package that has been recommended by the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and is currently used by Mortgage Bankers across the country. REALSynergy delivers a highly automated, full-featured platform for servicing commercial and multifamily loans. REALSynergy can work with virtually any loan structure, including complex remittance requirements.
