 | Tavernier Capital Services is headed by John P. Collins who has been in the commercial real estate business in Florida for the past 25 years. Mr. Collins founded a problem commercial real estate company in Florida in 1989 and ran this highly successful company until the real estate cycle turned in 1996. The company, formerly known as Cypress Real Estate Services, provided receiver, consulting, property management, leasing and asset disposition services for 24 projects totaling over 1.6 million square feet of space. Property types included office, retail, industrial and multifamily product and sizes ranged from 20,000 to 200,000+ square feet per project. Clients included such institutions as Great-West Life, Ohio National Life, Phoenix Home Life, AEW, National City Bank, United of Omaha, Nationwide Insurance and Bank One. Mr. Collins joined Tavernier Capital Partners in 2007 and helped them launch the troubled asset division known as Tavernier Capital Services in 2009. | |
